Pre-orders for Apple’s most cheap iPhone, the iPhone 16e, are being accepted as early as today. Apple took some time earlier this week to reveal the iPhone 16e, a brand-new phone with improved technology without breaking the bank, in place of the iPhone SE 4. What you should know is as follows.
Features and Cost of the iPhone 16e
At just $599, the new iPhone 16e is a good entry-level gadget for prospective customers. The eagerly anticipated SE successor now has a more contemporary look and better specifications, but it costs more. A 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, an A18 chipset with Apple Intelligence support, USB Type-C charging, 128GB of basic storage, Face ID, and many more features make the iPhone 16e look like the high-end model.
It has the same customisable Action Button as its more costly sister, but it lacks some of the Pro’s touch controls and scrolling camera functions. Speaking of cameras, Apple refers to the single camera on the rear as a 2-in-1 camera. It can capture solid Portrait mode images, 24MP and 48MP photographs, and Dolby Vision videos at up to 4K 60 frames per second.
At $200 cheaper than the base iPhone 16, the iPhone16e is a reasonably priced addition to the iPhone 16 lineup

How to Place an iPhone 16e Pre-Order
The iPhone 16e comes with storage capacities of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB and is exclusively available in black and white. Delivery will start on February 28. It is available from Apple’s online store and the majority of major carriers as of today, February 21.
The entry-level iPhone 16e with 128GB of storage costs $599, while the 256GB and 512GB models cost $699 and $899, respectively. When compared to the $429 beginning price of the iPhone SE, that represents a fairly substantial increase. But compared to the previous SE range, you are getting a phone that is much more like the iPhone 16.
